Jeromeatherapy
"Why are the cops here?"  That was the question on everyone's mind at the most recent peaceful gathering at Jeromeatherapy. Nevertheless, local music fans congregated and enojoyed a weekend spectacularama hosted by the Valley's own Paul "PC" Cordone.
The Sugar Thieves, What Laura Says, Dry River Yacht Club, Black Carl, Strange Young Things, Los Guys, Yellow Minute, and many, many other Arizona music acts rocked the Gold King Mine in Jerome.  When the official musicians finally left the stage somewhere between midnight and morning folks took to making their own music with anything they could find on hand:  drums, buckets, metal trash cans, etc.

Everyone was in a peaceful and celebratory mood.  The tragedy of the event struck when Yavapai Country Police confiscated the alcohol and charged PC with two felony counts for not having the "proper permits."  An unfortunate misunderstanding and the local music community has found one of its leaders in trouble with the law.  We at YabYumMusic were outraged by the charges and wish to make our support of PC a shared venture with everyone who belongs to this community.  Please check out our "Support PC" letter and petition to join forces today.
